The Flexible Learning diploma programme aims to strengthen professional competencies in child-centred and play-based pedagogy, multilingual learning, foundational literacy and numeracy, inclusive education, educational technology, Artificial Intelligence (AI), health and well-being, family engagement and reflective professional practice in alignment with NEP 2020 and NCF-FS 2022 for strengthening teaching-learning during the Foundational Stage.
