Athukiri Debbarma is currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Sociology in the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Mata Tripura Sundari Open University, Tripura. She holds an M.A in Sociology from North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong, Meghalaya (a Central University) and has been awarded UGC-NET in Sociology for Assistant Professor, in the year 2020. She holds B.ed from Institute Of Advanced Studies In Education, Tripura and has qualified her CTET-II in the year 2023. Her area of interest lies in Sociology of Kinship.
