Dr. Molsom holds a Ph.D. in English from Tripura University (A Central University), where his research centred on Molsom language, an indigenous and lesser-studied language of Tripura. His academic interests encompass English literature, linguistics and indigenous language studies. He has experience teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in several higher education institutions in Tripura, where he has served as Guest Faculty and PartTime Teacher. He has presented research papers at national and international conferences, notably at Universität Konstanz, Germany and Tezpur University, Assam. His scholarly articles have been published in reputed peer-reviewed and UGC-approved journals, focusing on areas like linguistic classifiers, phonology, word formation and inflectional morphology. He has also contributed to literary studies, with a recent publication titled “Matthew Arnold’s Class Stratification and the Effects of Industrialization.”
