Prof. (Dr.) Shiva Kumar GN Presently Dean of Academics at Mata Tripura Sundari Open University, Tripura has over three decades of distinguished experience in Educational Administration, teaching, research, and key leadership roles.He pursued his Master studies in Politics and International relations at Prestigious Jawahar Lal Nehru University, New Delhi. He was Awarded Doctoral Degree Entitled “Soviet Foreign Policy Towards Crisis in Eastern Europe: A Comparative study of Czechoslovakia (1968) And Poland (1981- 85)”

Throughout his career has conducted impactful Educational Administration in the field of Open and Distance Learning and online educational system. Severed as Member of various Statutory Bodies of the various universities and contributed towards the development of Open and Distance learning and online educational system Particularly in the State of West Bengal and Karnataka.
